Information for Parents of children who qualify to be in school.
Please see information below for the arrangements for next week if your children is able to attend school due to being a key worker.
The children are NOT required to wear school uniform when they come into school. Please ensure that they come in clothes that are warm and suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities.
Please ensure that all children have a water bottle and a packed lunch. If your child is in receipt of free school meals, a packed lunch will be provided for them. Please note if your child is in Willow or Oak they will still need to bring in a packed lunch as Universal School meals will not apply. To make this clear we will be contact everyone who will be entitled to a free packed lunch individually. If you do not hear from us, you know that this will not apply to you.
We will be open from 8:45 until 3:20. If you only wish to do 1 or two days or wish to start later or finish earlier we can accommodate this. Please let the office know so we are aware of the arrangements you would like to make. Unfortunately, breakfast club and after school clubs will not be running.
We will be providing all children with a range of educational opportunities throughout the day. The teacher and teaching assistants that are available in school will provide this.
If staffing levels decrease due to illness/ self isolation, and the school has to close, the Local Authority has to provide your child with adequate care. If the school is closed then please contact Suffolk County Council, who will seek to redirect you to a local school in your area that your child, or children, can attend.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for your continued support at this time.
